Culture Advantage Index began as a simple multi-page PDF file that was generated after taking a survey. After clients began asking for more, we developed an interactive platform where users can self-filter results based on demographics.
A manager can now compare how their department’s overall culture is aligned with the company as a whole, and leadership can gain anonymous insights without being able to identify an individual. Completed while employed with Partners in Leadership
